Hi all,
Here is a summary of the job applicants we've gotten for the OSP job (so
far at least):
https://docs.google.com/document/d/18p_GF_p7u0KBr1srdCd8mRNwgOFYG_3HDBRonWN…
Can we each try to come up with 3-5 applicants we think are most worth
interviewing?
Each entry has a link to their CV. In the case of applicants via the
Princeton portal there is also a link to a questionare and for others
there is a link to a cover letter.
For the Princeton portal, unfortunately we couldn't advertise a salary
range, despite Princeton requiring us to _set_ a salary range, so some
of the applicants have salary expectations that are higher than we have
been targetting. I suggest we ignore that for this phase.
Thanks,
Amit

## OSP Job Applicants:
Summary of applicants for the OSP job are in progress here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/18p_GF_p7u0KBr1srdCd8mRNwgOFYG_3HDBRonWN…
We have an additional 10 applicants via the Princeton portal I need to review still, but will share those via the doc ASAP. At least a couple of the applications outside Princeton are very promising but not at all in the Princeton area.
## Getting the foundation off the ground:
An update from the Google lawyer with somewhat coded language suggests we should consider how we think the foundation should be structured in terms of board/steering-committee makeup and, specifically, what funders get. She suggested that this is something to basically negotiate with initial funders before committing to one structure or another.
