Please find attached the job description form. 

The next steps: 
  1. Complete the form for each position and return it to me
  2. I will submit the position for review/approval with the Provost's office
  3. Once approved, I will send the position to HR for Compensation to review, grade and provide a salary range
  4. When the grade/salary range are agreed upon, HR will create a position number
  5. I will post the position on the HR site and monitor applications
  6. I will send you applications as they arrive
  7. You will interview candidates
  8. When you are ready to make an offer, HR will conduct reference checks
  9. If the references are satisfactory and you wish to make an offer, HR will communicate that to the candidate
  10. If they accept, HR will conduct a background check
  11. They can then start working!
