(Amit, you are the only one who will see this because I can't send to lists.tockos.org.)

Two follow up items:
  1. That xobs was willing to apply suggests that if we can identify specific projects and associated funding we should keep in mind contracting those to him in the future.
  2. I think a todo for us is to define a work plan for the hardware CI. I'm collecting ideas/thoughts here: https://github.com/orgs/tock/projects/2/views/2

Potential agenda, in rough order of priority:

## What to do about employee #1

* There are at least two, maybe three, very good candidates. One is also very excited. None are in the US.
* Is there anybody in the US that we would hire for this (or another?) role?
* If not, what do we do?
  * Would _we_ be open to hiring someone not in the US?
  * If so, how could we do that?

## Need for slight re-budgeting of POSE grant

* See above, but also need to pay for lawyers at some point soon, and no line item for that
* Sent an e-mail to our program officer on Monday

## Update on new user discovery

* Microsoft Pluton team
* Google Pixel --- some new 64-bit RISC-V with memory tags

## CISA discussions

* Bob Lord, co-authored some of the recent Fed. Gov. documents on memory safety, so far just pointers to other people

## Next steps

* Founding event, maybe in February-ish to build consensus on foundation structure with potential founding members:
  - Google
  - Microsoft
  - HPE?, Western Digital?
  - zeroRISC? OxidOS? Chip vendors

* Tutorials/trainings
  - Would maybe be a good thing for hire #1 to participate in?
  - CPSIoT
  - Small-scale HOTP focused tutorials
