I think we are getting quite behind on PRs (I take much of the blame for this). It's probably worth taking stock and blaming and shaming.

I propose we talk about three concrete things:

1. Plans for a new release of the kernel

2. Stabilizing and doing releases for userland C

3. A better story for Rust userland development

For the second two items we have a bunch of users who now rely and care about these. We should see if we can articulate particular asks for contribution, ownership, or other kind of participation
